Who we are

Designed in New York. Made to be loved for years.

BN Bags began with a simple frustration: beautiful bags that fell apart, and durable bags that lacked soul. Our founder set out to create handbags that were both — refined enough for the boardroom, sturdy enough for the school run, and timeless enough to pass on.

Today we work with a small circle of ateliers in Italy, Portugal and Pakistan, each chosen for their craftsmanship and fair working practices. Every bag is designed in our New York studio and finished by hand.

    Nadia Baig sketches the first BN tote at her kitchen table in Brooklyn.

    Our first atelier partnership and the launch of the Classic Tote.

    We switch to 100% certified leather and plastic-free packaging.

    Our SoHo flagship opens on Mercer Street.
