Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant gateway.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Contact client care as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — every order ships in our signature dust bag and gift box. You can add a handwritten note at checkout free of charge.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $100, and $9.95 otherwise. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is $19.95.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 40 countries. International duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, or you can use our Track Order page any time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns within the US are free.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
Product & Care
What leather do you use?
We use full-grain and top-grain leathers from Leather Working Group certified tanneries, plus waxed canvas and recycled nylon for select styles.
How do I care for my bag?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth, avoid prolonged sun and moisture, and store it stuffed in its dust bag. We recommend conditioning leather every six months.
Is there a warranty?
Every BN bag comes with a two-year warranty covering stitching, hardware and manufacturing defects.
