We want you to love your bag. If it's not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, with tags attached, in their original dust bag and box
- Personalised or monogrammed items are final sale
- Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit
How to return
Contact client care with your order number and we'll email you a prepaid return label (free within the US). Drop the parcel at any carrier location.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of your return reaching our warehouse.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or style? Request an exchange and we'll ship your new bag as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
